Solemnization of marriage under Hindu, Christian and Muslim laws.

Dower, dowry, stridhan, and women's estate as applicable to Hindu, Christian and Muslims.

Matrimonial remedies - judicial separation - restitution of conjugal rights -

divorce and maintenance under Hindu, Christian and Muslim laws - conflict between personal law and statute. Marriage and matrimonial relief under the Special Marriages Act, 1954.
